Our experience was marred by chaotic lobby congestion every time. The children's programs were either overcrowded or poorly managed, leaving us frustrated. We faced multiple issues with the soundproofing in our room.

Each day was a delight! My kids couldn't stop raving about the endless activities like archery and crafting in their personalized spaces, while I relaxed in the adults-only sauna. Dining was a treat with seasonal menus that beautifully blended high-end tastes with kid-approved favorites!

The Beautiful Family Room was spacious and really suited our needs. It had a separate sleeping area for the kids, a huge plus for some quiet time. Super comfy beds, and we appreciated the kitchenette for making snacks. The view from the balcony was nice too. No complaints about cleanliness. Everything felt well-maintained. It was a cozy spot to unwind after a busy day. Just the right mix of family-friendly and comfy.

Best family-friendly vibes!
We had a super fun week! The kids loved the petting zoo and kept asking for more pony rides. The indoor water slide was a huge hit. The snack bar was perfect for quick bites when we were on the go. Just wish the dining area could handle the crowds better during breakfast rush. Still, can't wait to come back!

we spent Easter in a hotel nestled amongst the stunning mountains, surrounded by beautiful forest, and a river just outside our doorstep. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable. There was a wide range of activities for children, including a playground area, indoor playroom, and various organized activities to keep them entertained. We also enjoyed the daily program for children that allowed us to relax and take some time for ourselves.
The food was average, and the dining area was frequently visited by flies, which was somewhat disturbing. child care was not as efficient as expected, with one staff member being overloaded with children from a variety of age groups.

From the minute we entered, we were treated like royalty. the luxurious amenities and attention to detail were impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre and the massage sessions which were expertly executed.
The only minor setback was the check-out time. Although we requested a small extension, we were informed that this was not possible due to strict hotel policies.

Spending Christmas surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests was truly magical. the location at the end of a narrow valley provided stunning views of the landscape. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the big garden with a playground and the various activities for children.
The food options were repetitive, and the quality was average. We found breakfast to be standard, and the orange juice was undrinkable.
